Week of February 1

English II


Writing for all classes: Five paragraph essay rough draft due Thurs, final draft due Friday:
"What would you do to leave something better than you found it?" In other words, what would you do to improve yourself, your home, your school, your community, or your world? You may write about anything you would like (or one of each!). Make sure you have a thesis sentence that clearly lists the three main ideas (this should be at the end of your first paragraph that grabs the reader's attention), three body paragraphs (one about each main point), and a conclusion that summarizes your main points.

Julius Caesar: finish Act 2, complete study guide

Wednesday:
Do one of the two essay questions listed on your study guide for Caesar
